Google Business Profile Setup & Management

The free listing that decides whether you show up in the map pack. Set up right, then kept active every month.

The Map Pack Takes Most of the Calls

When someone searches your trade plus your city, Google shows three businesses on a map above everything else. That block gets the overwhelming majority of the clicks. Ranking fourth means most people never see you, and no amount of website work fixes it on its own. Your Google Business Profile is what decides whether you're in those three.

Setup & Optimization

  • —The right primary category, the single biggest factor in map-pack ranking
  • —Every service listed with a real description, not blank checkboxes
  • —Service areas set to where you actually work, town by town
  • —Business description written with the terms your customers search
  • —Real photos of your crews and finished work, named and uploaded properly
  • —Name, address and phone matched character-for-character to your website

Monthly Management

A profile that sits still slides down. Every month we post, add fresh photos, answer questions, request and reply to reviews, and check the numbers: how many people found you, how many called, and which searches brought them. You get a plain-language report, not a dashboard login you'll never open.

Reviews Are Half the Battle

Review count, recency and what the reviews actually say all feed your ranking. We set up a system that makes asking easy, so the customers who are already happy leave something behind, and every review gets a reply that reinforces what you do and where.

Frequently Asked Questions

Isn't a Google Business Profile free?

The listing is free. Knowing which category to pick, what to write and what Google rewards each month is the part people pay for. Plenty of owners set one up and never touch it again, which is exactly why there's room to outrank them.

How long until I see movement?

Usually four to eight weeks for category and content changes to settle. Reviews move things faster. If your profile has never been optimized, the first month is often the biggest jump you'll get.

Do I still need a website?

Google checks whether your website backs up what your profile claims, so the two work together. But if you only have budget for one thing, fix the profile first.

Can you manage it month to month?

Yes. Monthly management is posts, photos, review handling and reporting, with no long contract.
